How can I replace the Bridge plug for Sonic Pro?

This is only for Sonic Pro, rather than Sonic Wi-Fi

Follow these steps:

  • Remove the old Bridge (plug)

  • Plug the new Bridge in

  • Open the Sonic app, make sure you select the right property (if you have more than 1 Sonic.) [Top centre of the homepage.]

  • Hit the "Settings" icon.

  • Under "My Devices" tap on "Bridge"

  • Click "Swap Bridge"

  • If your Bridge is not flashing dark blue, hold the button down for 10 seconds

  • On the app, click next, and follow the on-screen instructions on your Sonic app.

Sometimes you may get an "Oops something went wrong" screen, this is usually because of a timeout — simply navigate back to the swap Bridge menu, and go again from step 6 above.
