How do I manually operate the valve/emergency handle during a power cut?

The shut-off valve handle (the arm lever) on Sonic can be used to change the valve position manually, enabling you to stop/start the flow of water. Please remember it should only be used in emergencies, and in most cases, you should be able to manage Sonic from the app.
