I’m having trouble connecting the app to Sonic via Bluetooth. How can I solve this?

For Sonic Wi-Fi:

  1. Press and hold the button on Sonic for 5 seconds.

  2. Release the button and observe if it flashes blue, indicating it's in pairing mode.

  3. Open the mobile app and go to Devices.

  4. Tap on Sonic Wi-Fi.

  5. Tap on Settings.

  6. Tap on Change Wi-Fi.

  7. Proceed with the instructions in the app
